Meet Rick and help us grow the CSA!

We’re pleased to introduce you to Rick, who lives with Spondyloarthritis (SpA). Please check out his video here:

As Rick shares, SpA can be a silent disease, one that comes with life altering limitations, and difficult to navigate. Rick and his wife Mandy have both found support and information through the CSA to help with their journey.

We’ve been featuring stories of people from the SpA community throughout the month of May in an effort to raise awareness for the disease and the Canadian Spondylitis Association. As we now close the month of May and begin June, we would like to thank those who shared their stories and those who connected with us from the community.

The Canadian Spondylitis Association is a registered charity that provides information, education, support and advocacy for all Canadians living with spondyloarthritis. We were founded by patients and healthcare practitioners to form a supportive community and to raise awareness to help everyone with SpA realize their full health potential.

As we conclude our awareness month activities, we ask you to consider helping us reach more Canadians in need. Please consider:

1) Making a tax deductible donation to support our work. You can make a one time or monthly donation online here.  All contributions are greatly appreciated.

2) Follow us on social media and like and most importantly share our content, like Ricks’ story.

3) Consider joining one of our support groups or Facebook support groups –  the CSA community is growing and we would welcome your participation.

Thank you for taking time to watch Rick’s video and for considering the ways that you can support CSA and be involved. Please reach out to us if you have questions or need any information or support.

Sincerely,

Jeff Beach
