As someone who is either living with psoriasis and/or psoriatic arthritis, or is a care partner to someone who is, our friends at the the Canadian Psoriasis Network (CPN) wants to hear YOUR feedback and opinions.
Your opinion will be crucial as CPN re-evaluates and makes plans to improve its programming. They will also share insights from this survey with healthcare providers, government, and other important groups in healthcare about what the psoriatic disease community needs.
The survey is extended to June 13, 2022 and should only take you about 15 minutes to complete.
